Let me introduce myself. I’m Patricia Coldiron and I’m a Certified Life Coach. I specialize in coaching midlife women in transition, Transition may mean changing careers, retirement, widowhood, or divorce. Our bodies undergo transitions as well and we may struggle with weight gain, hot flashes, insomnia, and body image problems.
Writing this blog has been a dream of mine for quite some time. We will explore all things related to the health and well-being of midlife women. We’ll look at current news trends, advice from experts, and I’ll relate some of my personal experiences as a midlife woman. I’ll also share with you how life coaching can help you overcome these issues and allow you to live the life you were meant to live.
